During this weekend I was outside of the city. Finally, Spring and hot weather have reached us also. I have captured flowers from Lithuanian forest, seems really nice ;)

Thanks for the great photo of Vilnius, my son lives there and I live in Utah so this helps me get a glimps of what it is like where he lives.
I have aproblem dear... I will be glad if you help me about this topic...
in SCOTT schema, I am using a lookup with a validator. When the user enters the empNo, validator finds the empName and set focus to the next element.. There is no problem here. When the user enters a value where there is no record for this number, after the alert the input text gets focus with the value user entered...
What I want to to do here is, empty this inputtext afer the false return of the query....
I guess, you can enable autosubmit on inputText component and if false is returned, you should set empty value for inputText. In such way, when inputText will get focus, it will be autosubmited with empty value.
Another possible solution is to use JavaScript. I think, this Frank Nimphius post can be useful - ADF Faces: Setting the input focus to a textfield In this article are provided instructions about how to access components available on the page from JavaScript.
